By accessing and using our website located at coffeeinnomad.com and any associated services, mobile applications, or platforms (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Coffee Inn Nomad. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not access or use our Services. We recommend that you print or save a copy of these Terms for your records.

Use of Our Services

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on our website or enroll in our courses. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement. If you are using our Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, including making purchases or enrolling in courses, you may need to create an account. When you create an account with us, you agree to:

Products and Orders

Product Information

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability information on our website. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, prices, or other content is completely accurate, current, or error-free. Product colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to monitor settings. Coffee flavor notes and descriptions are subjective and based on our professional tasting assessments. Your experience may vary based on preparation method and personal taste preferences.

All coffee products are sold by weight (typically 250g, 500g, or 1kg). We reserve the right to correct any errors in product information, pricing, or availability and to update information at any time without prior notice.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products at the prices displayed. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. By placing an order, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information
• Pay all charges, including product costs, shipping fees, and applicable taxes, at the prices in effect when you place your order
• Understand that we may verify your payment information and may cancel or refuse orders if payment cannot be verified
• Accept that confirmation of your order does not guarantee product availability
• Be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes for international orders

Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our website. Payment must be received before we process and ship your order.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to maintain accurate pricing, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Product availability, especially for limited edition coffees, is subject to change. We reserve the right to limit order quantities, discontinue products, and refuse service to any customer. Limited edition products are available while supplies last.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to locations as specified on our website. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and delivery method selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues, may affect delivery times.

Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays or damages that occur during shipping. For any shipping issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve any problems.

International customers are responsible for compliance with all applicable import laws and regulations in their country. You are also responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return and refund policy allows returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase. Due to health and safety regulations, coffee products must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at the email address provided below. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong product shipped, defective item, etc.). Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Products purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes are subject to the same return policy. Limited edition products may not be eligible for exchange, as they may no longer be available.

Courses and Educational Services

Course Enrollment

When you enroll in one of our coffee courses, whether in-person or online, you agree to:

• Attend all scheduled sessions or access online content within the specified timeframe
• Arrive on time for in-person courses (late arrivals may not be admitted)
• Respect the intellectual property rights of all course materials, including not recording, copying, or distributing content without permission
• Behave professionally and respectfully towards instructors, staff, and other participants
• Comply with health and safety guidelines at our training facilities
• Inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before tasting sessions
• Not hold Coffee Inn Nomad liable for any injuries sustained during practical sessions, except in cases of our negligence

Course Cancellation and Refund Policy

Course cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 3-6 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the start date or no-shows are not eligible for refunds, but you may transfer your enrollment to a future course date subject to availability.

We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course date.

Subscription Services

If you subscribe to our coffee subscription service, you will be automatically charged at the beginning of each subscription period (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly as selected). You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our Services, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, videos, audio, course materials, recipes, brewing guides, and software, is the property of Coffee Inn Nomad or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any of our content without our express written permission.

The Coffee Inn Nomad name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Coffee Inn Nomad. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

User Content

Our website may allow you to submit reviews, comments, ratings, photos, or other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display such content in any media.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other personal or proprietary rights. You are solely responsible for your User Content, and we reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Barcelona, Spain.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue formal resolution through binding arbitration or litigation as permitted by law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
